Introductory Reiki Session

Service Description

This introductory session is ideal if you are new to Reiki or would prefer a shorter, relaxed experience. The session is designed to help you slow down, switch off and take time out from everyday life in a calm and comfortable environment. Everything is kept simple and explained in a straightforward, down-to-earth way. No experience or prior knowledge is needed. You will remain fully clothed, and the session is quiet, gentle and unhurried. This is a good option if you are curious about Reiki or simply looking for a simple way to relax and reset.
