A Little About Me & My Approach

Hi, I'm Frank, a qualified Reiki Master and member of the UK Reiki Federation. I created The Healing Zen Den to offer a calm, welcoming space where people can step away from the pressures of everyday life, slow down and simply take some time for themselves.

My approach to Reiki is simple and down-to-earth. There is no pressure to believe in anything in particular, and no previous experience of Reiki is needed. My aim is simply to provide a comfortable, unhurried environment where you can relax, switch off for a while and enjoy some dedicated time for yourself.
